Beginning in fiscal year 2013-14, state funding for the Department of Public Safety, Bureau of State Police must be provided as follows: [PL 2013, c. 354, Pt. F, §1 (AMD); PL 2013, c. 368, Pt. EEE, §1 (AMD).] 1. Highway Fund. Thirty-five percent must be allocated from the Highway Fund pursuant to Title 23, section 1653; and [PL 2013, c. 354, Pt. F, §1 (AMD); PL 2013, c. 368, Pt. EEE, §1 (AMD).] 2. General Fund. Sixty-five percent must be appropriated from the General Fund. [PL 2013, c. 354, Pt. F, §1 (AMD); PL 2013, c. 368, Pt. EEE, §1 (AMD).]
