The rehabilitation, liquidation, conservation or dissolution of a multiple-employer welfare
arrangement must be conducted under the supervision of the superintendent, who has all power with
regard to the rehabilitation, liquidation, conservation or dissolution of a multiple-employer welfare
arrangement granted to the superintendent under the laws governing the rehabilitation, liquidation,
conservation or dissolution of insurers. [PL 1993, c. 688, §1 (NEW).]
