1. Domestic insurer. A "domestic" insurer is one formed under the laws of this State. [PL 1969, c. 132, §1 (NEW).] 2. Foreign insurer. A "foreign" insurer is one formed under the laws of any jurisdiction other than this State. [PL 1969, c. 132, §1 (NEW).] 3. Alien insurer. An "alien" insurer is a foreign insurer formed under the laws of any country other than the United States of America, its states, districts, commonwealths and possessions. [PL 1969, c. 132, §1 (NEW).]
