Limitations on appointment of receiver; action by judgment creditor

No order, judgment or decree enjoining, restraining or interfering with the prosecution of the
business of any insurer or for the appointment of a temporary or permanent receiver of a domestic

insurer shall be made or granted otherwise than upon the petition of the superintendent represented by
the Attorney General as provided in this chapter. [PL 1969, c. 132, §1 (NEW); PL 1973, c. 585,
