This subchapter shall be known as the "Maine Automobile Insurance Cancellation Control Act." Unless otherwise specified, all hearings held under this subchapter shall conform to the procedures set forth in the Maine Administrative Procedure Act, Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter IV.
