Any experience rating, classification, statistical or other rating plan on file and approved or legally in effect and not required to be revised by this Act or by a decision of the superintendent remains approved for use in the State. These plans need not be refiled on the effective date of this Act. [PL 1991, c. 885, Pt. B, §12 (NEW); PL 1991, c. 885, Pt.
