1. No person or organization shall wilfully withhold information from, or knowingly give false or misleading information to: A. The superintendent; [PL 1969, c. 132, §1 (NEW); PL 1973, c. 585, §12 (AMD).] B. Any statistical agency designated by the superintendent; or [PL 1969, c. 132, §1 (NEW); PL 1973, c. 585, §12 (AMD).] C. Any rating or advisory organization, or any insurer which will affect the rates or premiums chargeable under this chapter. A violation of this section shall subject the one guilty of such violation to the penalties provided in section 2329. [PL 1969, c. 132, §1 (NEW).]
