Maine Code § 24-A-2326

False or misleading information

1. No person or organization shall wilfully withhold information from, or knowingly give false or
misleading information to:

B. Any statistical agency designated by the superintendent; or [PL 1969, c. 132, §1 (NEW); PL

C. Any rating or advisory organization, or any insurer which will affect the rates or premiums

2. A violation of this section shall subject the one guilty of such violation to the penalties provided
in section 2329.
