Advisory organizations; prohibited activity

In addition to the other prohibitions described in section 2321-B, except as specifically permitted
under section 2321-D, no advisory organization may compile or distribute recommendations relating
to rates that include profit or expenses other than loss adjustment expenses. [PL 1989, c. 797, §23
