1. The superintendent shall enforce the provisions of, and execute the duties imposed upon the superintendent by, this Title. [RR 2021, c. 1, Pt. B, §155 (COR).] 2. The superintendent has the powers and authority expressly vested in the superintendent by or reasonably implied from this Title. [RR 2021, c. 1, Pt. B, §156 (COR).] 3.
