Maine Code § 24-A-1465

Consulting contract required

A licensee may not act in any further capacity for which a license is required without having first
entered into a written contract with a client. The contract must include, without limitation, the amount
and basis of any consulting fee and the duration of employment and must be in a form approved by the
superintendent. [PL 1997, c. 457, §23 (NEW); PL 1997, c. 457, §55 (AFF).]
