1. Producer authorities. An individual resident or nonresident insurance producer may receive
any of the full license authorities pursuant to section 1420-F, subsection 1, paragraphs A to F and
surplus lines authority in accordance with chapter 19.

2. Consultant categories. A resident or nonresident consultant may receive the following

3. Adjuster authorities. A resident or nonresident adjuster may receive the following authorities
under the license:

B. Multiple peril crop insurance adjuster; and [PL 2017, c. 152, §4 (AMD); PL 2017, c. 152,
§5 (AFF).]
