Extension of redemption time after foreclosure commenced

The persons interested in a prior mortgage on which a foreclosure is commenced, at a meeting
called for the purpose, may extend the time of redemption. Thereupon the trustees of the mortgage, by
a suitable writing, delivered to the party entitled to redeem, shall extend the time accordingly. [PL
