Judgment creditor may have remedy against lessors

When any judgment is recovered and the foreign company neglects, for 60 days, to satisfy it, the
judgment creditor may have a civil action against the foreign company for the recovery of the amount
of the judgment, with interest and costs. [PL 1987, c. 141, Pt. A, §4 (NEW).]
