Maine Code § 22-805

Court orders

Upon complaint made to any judge of the District Court, the judge may issue any order enforcing
a subpoena, warrant or prior order necessary for the proper enforcement of this chapter and of the rules
promulgated pursuant to this chapter. [PL 1989, c. 487, §11 (NEW).]
