1. Coverage. The department shall provide coverage for abortion services to a MaineCare member. [PL 2019, c. 274, §1 (NEW).] 2. Funding. Abortion services that are not federally approved Medicaid services must be funded by state funds within existing resources. [PL 2019, c. 274, §1 (NEW).] 3. Rulemaking. The department shall adopt rules to implement this section. Rules adopted pursuant to this subsection are routine technical rules as defined in Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter 2-A. [PL 2019, c. 274, §1 (NEW).]
