Prize limits

A single prize awarded for a game of beano may not exceed $400 in value and the total amount of
prizes awarded on any one occasion may not exceed $1,400 in value except that once per calendar year
on one occasion a registrant may award up to $2,000 in total prizes. This section does not apply to
high-stakes beano conducted in accordance with section 314-A. [PL 2017, c. 284, Pt. JJJJJ, §7
(NEW).]
