As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise indicates, the following terms have the following meanings. [PL 1985, c. 538, §1 (NEW).] 1. Day care center. "Day care center" means a child care facility, as defined in Title 22, section 8301-A, subsection 1-A, paragraph B. [PL 2001, c. 645, §1 (AMD).] 2. Nursery school. "Nursery school" means nursery school, as defined in Title 22, section 8401. [PL 1985, c. 538, §1 (NEW).] 3. Preschool facility. "Preschool facility" means any day care center or nursery school. [PL 1997, c. 494, §2 (AMD); PL 1997, c. 494, §15 (AFF).]
