Definitions

As used in this Act, unless the context otherwise indicates, the following terms have the following
meanings. [PL 2021, c. 689, §3 (NEW).]
1. Canada. "Canada" means the sovereign nation of Canada and its provinces and territories.
"Canadian" has a corresponding meaning.

2. Canadian judgment. "Canadian judgment" means a judgment of a court of Canada, other than
a judgment that recognizes the judgment of another foreign country.
