Payment by credit card

The Judicial Department may implement a procedure for the payment of fines by use of major
credit cards and may assess a reasonable fee upon the defendant to cover any administrative expenses
incurred in connection with the use of credit cards as a method of paying fines. [PL 2015, c. 158, §1
