Maine Code § 14-2629

Goods fraudulently conveyed, trusteed

If an alleged trustee has in his possession goods, effects or credits of the principal defendant which
he holds under a conveyance fraudulent and void as to the defendant's creditors, he may be adjudged a
trustee on account thereof, although the principal defendant could not have maintained an action
therefor against him.
