The corporation shall annually elect a president, clerk and treasurer. The treasurer shall give bond with sureties sufficient in the opinion of the trustees for the faithful discharge of the treasurer's duty. The clerk must be sworn. [RR 2025, c. 1, Pt. E, §47 (COR).]
