1. License required. A person may not engage in the activities authorized under this section without a current marine worm digger's license or other license issued under this Part authorizing the activities. The holder of a marine worm digger's license may fish for or take marine worms or possess, ship, transport or sell within the State worms the licensee has taken. [PL 2001, c. 421, Pt. B, §49 (AMD); PL 2001, c. 421, Pt. C, §1 (AFF).] 3. Eligibility. A marine worm digger's license may be issued only to an individual who is a resident. [PL 2001, c. 421, Pt. B, §49 (AMD); PL 2001, c. 421, Pt. C, §1 (AFF).] 4. License fee. The fee for a marine worm digger's license is $7. [PL 2017, c. 284, Pt. EEEEE, §19 (AMD).] 5. Violation.
