Marine worm digger's license

1. License required. A person may not engage in the activities authorized under this section
without a current marine worm digger's license or other license issued under this Part authorizing the
activities.

2. Licensed activity. The holder of a marine worm digger's license may fish for or take marine
worms or possess, ship, transport or sell within the State worms the licensee has taken.

3. Eligibility. A marine worm digger's license may be issued only to an individual who is a
resident.

4. License fee. The fee for a marine worm digger's license is $7.

5. Violation. A person who violates this section commits a civil violation for which a forfeiture
of not less than $100 nor more than $500 may be adjudged.
