1. License required. A person may not engage in the activities authorized under this section without a current sea urchin hand-raking and trapping license. [PL 2001, c. 421, Pt. The holder of a sea urchin hand-raking and trapping license may take sea urchins by hand-raking or by trap and may possess, ship, transport or sell sea urchins taken by that licensee. [PL 1995, c. 392, §4 (NEW).] 3. Eligibility. A sea urchin hand-raking and trapping license may be issued only to an individual who is a resident. [PL 2001, c. 421, Pt. B, §48 (AMD); PL 2001, c. 421, Pt. C, §1 (AFF).] 4. Fee. The fee for a sea urchin hand-raking and trapping license is $152. [PL 2009, c. 213, Pt. G, §25 (AMD).] 4-A. Temporary Zone 1 fee.
