A conviction of a crime is considered a conviction and an adjudication of a civil violation is considered an adjudication during the pendency of appeal; [PL 2013, c. 492, §4 (AMD).] 2. Juvenile offense. A conviction of a juvenile offense is considered a conviction; and [PL 2013, c. 492, §4 (AMD).] 3. Failure to appear. Failure to appear in court when properly summoned is considered a conviction. [PL 2013, c. 492, §4 (AMD).]
