Conviction or adjudication; juvenile offense; failure to appear

1. Conviction or adjudication. A conviction of a crime is considered a conviction and an
adjudication of a civil violation is considered an adjudication during the pendency of appeal;

2. Juvenile offense. A conviction of a juvenile offense is considered a conviction; and

3. Failure to appear. Failure to appear in court when properly summoned is considered a
conviction.
