Prosecution by district attorney

Each district attorney shall prosecute all violations of marine resources' laws occurring within the
district attorney's county when requested by the commissioner, a marine patrol officer or other person
authorized to enforce any provision of marine resources' laws. [RR 2021, c. 2, Pt. B, §36 (COR).]
