Grants-in-aid

The director may make grants-in-aid to political subdivisions and others for the acquisition,
construction and maintenance of public boating facilities and supporting facilities on terms the director
determines necessary. When such a grant-in-aid is made to others, within the boundaries of an
organized town, it must be with the concurrence of the municipal officers of that town. [PL 1997, c.
