Possessing unregistered bear, deer, moose or wild turkey

1. Prohibition. Except as provided in section 12307, a person may not possess any of the
following animals if that animal has not been legally registered as provided in this chapter or rules
adopted under section 12301-B, unless that animal is possessed in accordance with chapter 921:

B. Deer; [PL 2003, c. 414, Pt. A, §2 (NEW); PL 2003, c. 614, §9 (AFF).]
C. Moose; or [PL 2003, c. 414, Pt. A, §2 (NEW); PL 2003, c. 614, §9 (AFF).]

2. Penalties.
