1. Prohibition. A person may not use a .17 or .22 caliber rimfire firearm or a shotgun using shot loads to hunt bear. [PL 2015, c. 301, §19 (NEW).] 2. Penalty. A person who violates subsection 1 commits a Class E crime. [PL 2015, c. 301, §19 (NEW).]
