1. Prohibition. A person may not intentionally kill, injure or molest a wild animal or wild bird with a: A. Motor vehicle; [PL 2003, c. 655, Pt. B, §147 (NEW); PL 2003, c. 655, Pt. B, §422 (AFF).] B. Motorboat; or [PL 2003, c. 655, Pt. B, §147 (NEW); PL 2003, c. 655, Pt. B, §422 (AFF).] C. Aircraft. [PL 2003, c. 655, Pt. B, §147 (NEW); PL 2003, c. 655, Pt. B, §422 (AFF).] [PL 2003, c. 655, Pt.
