Criminal trespass

A person may not possess a wild animal or wild bird taken while criminally trespassing as described
in Title 17-A, section 402, except as otherwise provided in this Part. A person who violates this section
commits a Class E crime. [PL 2003, c. 414, Pt. A, §2 (NEW); PL 2003, c. 614, §9 (AFF).]
