Rule violation; motor vehicles on public water supplies

1. Penalties. The following penalties apply to violations of rules regulating the operation of motor
vehicles on public water supplies.
A. A person who violates a rule regulating the operation of motor vehicles on public water supplies
commits a civil violation for which a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $500 may be

B. A person who violates a rule regulating the operation of motor vehicles on public water supplies
after having been adjudicated as having committed 3 or more civil violations under this Part within
