Liberal construction

This chapter shall be construed liberally to effect the interest and purposes of the foundation for an
improved economic development effort in the State and shall be broadly interpreted to effect such intent
and purposes and not as a limitation of powers. [PL 1977, c. 548, §1 (NEW).]
