Whenever a packaged commodity is advertised in any manner with the retail price stated, there

Whenever a package commodity or consumer commodity, as defined in Title 7, section 523,

each individual item, on the shelf where the item is located or on a placard or sign immediately adjacent
to the item. [PL 2009, c. 192, §2 (NEW).]
