Designation; deputy; inspector of weights and measures

There shall be a State Sealer of Weights and Measures. The Commissioner of Agriculture,
Conservation and Forestry shall be, ex officio, the state sealer. There shall be a Deputy State Sealer of
Weights and Measures and state inspectors of weights and measures, referred to in this chapter as the
