It is similarly incorporated herein and may be cited as 10 MRSA 1351. The laws relating to insolvency may be found in chapter 72 of the Revised Statutes of 1903, as amended by chapter 90 of the Public Laws of 1923, chapter 76 of the Public Laws of 1927 and chapter 149 of the Revised Statutes of 1944.
