Open meetings

Notwithstanding chapter 13 and except as provided in section 1013, subsection 3-A, all meetings,
hearings or sessions of the commission are open to the general public unless, by an affirmative vote of
at least 3 members, the commission requires the exclusion of the public. [PL 2007, c. 642, §2 (AMD).]
