A. When the Senate orders a legislative instrument engrossed or reengrossed, the Secretary shall cause the measure to be typed to incorporate all amendments which have been adopted at the time it is ordered engrossed or reengrossed, as the case may be. B. Each legislative instrument which has been ordered engrossed and passed to third reading shall be presented to the Senate for its third reading in its engrossed form.
