The Parliamentarian shall have the following duties: (1) Develop sufficient expertise to advise the President on matters of parliamentary procedure and Senate rules. (2) Keep copies of the Rules of Order of the Senate and Mason's Manual of Legislative Procedure with him at all times when the Senate is in session and he is in the Senate Chamber. (3) Perform any other duties assigned to him by the President or President Pro Tempore of the Senate.
