A. Immediately before each meeting, the chairman shall cause to be prepared a formal agenda, which shall include all business to come before the committee, in the order of its consideration. B. The agenda shall adhere as closely as possible to the list of matters to be considered contained in the meeting notice, but this list shall not be binding on the committee. Copies of the agenda shall be distributed to each member before the meeting is called to order.
