A. The Senate and Governmental Affairs Committee shall act as an advisory committee to the President. The President and the Senate and Governmental Affairs Committee shall work in concert to implement the policies and decisions of the Senate. B. The Senate and Governmental Affairs Committee shall report from time to time to the members of the Senate on the fiscal affairs of the Senate.
