Application of power of attorney to all or portion of property of principal; description of items or parcels

A. A military power of attorney may by its terms apply to all or a portion of the personal or movable property of the principal, whether owned by the principal at the time of the giving of the power of attorney or thereafter acquired, whether located in this state or elsewhere, without the need for a description of each item of property. B. A military power of attorney conferring power to act with respect to immovable (real) property of the principal located in Louisiana must contain a reasonable description of the property with respect to which the agent is authorized to act, but need not be accompanied by a detailed legal description of such property.
