Termination of temporary modification order

A. A temporary modification order terminates by operation of law upon the completion of deployment, and the prior order shall be reinstated. If the other parent has relocated with the child in accordance with the provisions of R.S. 9:355.1 et seq., custody or visitation shall be exercised where the child resides, pending further orders of the court. B. Notwithstanding the provisions of Subsection A of this Section, the court may, upon motion alleging immediate danger or irreparable harm to the child, grant an expedited hearing on the termination of the temporary modification order and the reinstatement of the prior order, or the court may grant an ex parte order of temporary custody prior to the reinstatement of the prior order. Any ex parte temporary order shall comply with the provisions of Code of Civil Procedure Article 3945.
