It shall be unlawful for any extender of credit to refuse to extend credit to any major or emancipated minor solely because of that person's race, color, religion, national origin, sex, or marital status. It shall also be unlawful for any extender of credit to require any major or emancipated minor to meet credit qualification standards not required of other persons similarly situated.
