A. This Chapter shall be known as and may be cited as the "Louisiana Uniform Transfer on Death Security Registration Act" or the "Louisiana Uniform TOD Security Registration Act". B. The provisions of this Chapter shall be liberally construed. C. Unless displaced by the particular provisions of this Chapter, the principles of Louisiana law supplement provisions of this Chapter.
