A. In parishes of less than four hundred twenty-five thousand population public administrators shall receive as a compensation five percent on all funds administered by them, and all necessary expenses incurred in administering and preserving property subject to administration; provided such expenses, other than attorney's fees are authorized by specific court order before they are incurred. B. In parishes of more than four hundred twenty-five thousand population public administrators shall receive as a compensation ten percent on all funds administered by them, and all necessary expenses incurred in administering and preserving property subject to administration; provided such expenses, other than attorney fees are authorized by specific court order before they are incurred.
