Servitude and use rights

A. A declarant has a personal servitude of right of use on and through the common areas as may be reasonably necessary for the purpose of discharging obligations or exercising special declarant rights, whether in accordance with this Part or reserved in the declaration. B. Lot owners have a right to use, for the purposes for which they were intended, all common areas and all immovable property that shall become common areas, other than limited common areas.
