Construction and validity of declaration and bylaws

A. All provisions of the declaration and bylaws are severable. B. The effectiveness of the condominium declaration and merchantability of title to a condominium parcel is not affected by reason of an insubstantial failure of the declaration to comply with this Part. C. Notwithstanding any law or agreement to the contrary, provisions in the declaration and bylaws restricting conveyance based on race or religion shall be void as provided by R.S. 9:2730.
