Louisiana Code § RS 6:762

Access to books and records

The right of inspection and examination of the books and records shall be exclusively vested in: (1) The commissioner or his duly authorized representative as provided in this Chapter; and (2) Any federal or state instrumentality or agency authorized to inspect or examine the books and records of an insured association.
