Perjury; false statements

A. Any person who knowingly makes, causes, or allows someone else to cause to be made or to make a false statement, under the oath required by this Chapter, on any report or statement required by the commissioner, or to the commissioner, shall be subject to the provisions of R.S. 6:1336. B. When financial loss to a savings bank is caused by such statements, the penalties shall be commensurate with that loss.
