Disclosure of examination reports and other reports

A. The commissioner may disclose information gathered by examination and through reports from a savings bank in accordance with R.S. 6:103. B. The commissioner may promulgate regulations to allow disclosure to other than those cited herein but only for the following items: (1) All fixed orders and opinions made in cases of appeals of the commissioner's actions. (2) Statements of policy and interpretations adopted by the commissioner's office but not otherwise made public. (3) Nonconfidential portions of application files, including applications for new charters. The commissioner may specify by rule as to what part of the files are confidential. (4) Quarterly reports of income, deposits, and financial condition.
